A first-generation college graduate from inner-city Memphis, she holds a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies from Ole Miss and a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University—degrees that propelled a career focused on building systems that center people, purpose, and policy guardrails.
She spent over a decade in the FBI and U.S. Intelligence Community leading counterterrorism, sensitive asset threat mitigation, and emerging tech risk strategies supporting global operations. Transitioning to Big Tech, she held global policy leadership roles at Amazon and Twitter, where she helped shape industry-defining frameworks for ethical AI, customer-centered AdTech, and digital user trust & safety—always centering accountability and humanity over metrics.
